HH51 hose crimper is suitable for high pressure hydraulic stainless steel braided hose from 1/4” to 2” crimping and pressing. It is the ideal choice for single piece production in a machinery repair workshop. A hose crimping machine is used to crimp the hydraulic hose, ferrule and pipe fittings together to get a hose assembly, so it can be used on a excavator, tractor or other hydraulic machinery and construction machinery. Machine Head
Front cover, cylinder and piston use Chrome40, forging integrity, increase its fatigue resistance. Surface hardness is HRC26-30°, hardness of inside layer is HRC59-63°, Eht 2mm.
Electromagnetic
It is used to adjust the hydraulic oil flow direction, quantity, speed etc. It has high precision and great flexibility. The reversing valve spool is stable, with no shaking or blocking.
Dies & Mold Base
Uses standard die steel which is a classical alloy tool steel. Dies and die base are connected by cutting edge technology of strong magnetic connection, for which our company holds patents.
